Frequently Asked Questions

This is a wholesale site. For retail sales, please contact your local health care provider. Products are to be used under supervision of a licensed health care provider and requires a current practitioner license to be “on file” for fulfillment. Holistic Therapies makes no warranty or claim, express or implied, regarding the use of these products. We view protocols much like claims - not to be found here.

  1. In order to view pricing, you must Sign In or Register for an account.
         - see link at top right of page.


  2. In order to activate shipping on your account - a current copy of your credential must be on file with our office - please send copy to verify( at )holistictherapies.us … and allow up to 48hrs for email confirmation, we will contact you if questions should arise.

  • Once your account is verified as "fully active" we will be able to ship your orders.
    Please note, in order to ensure highest standards, the doctor/provider must place orders from their verified account, we are currently unable to "keep cards on file".i.e. client/patient signup, ordering and or payment is not available.

  • For specific case use instructions, please refer patients to a qualified practitioner local to your area. Providers can schedule a consultation with our office as needed regarding cases or formulas. Fees may apply.

    • Please note: Beyond shipping concerns, we will not contact or manage your clients.

  1. Drop shipments: verified accounts can arrange products to be shipped to nearly any USPS address. Additional carriers may be available upon request  – client addresses can be held on file for future orders, credit cards cannot. We typically ship USPS 2nd day, Mon - Wed to avoid Weekend delivery.
    Shipped with a packing slip unless otherwise requested.

 

  1. Payment Pending/Awaiting Payment? Your confirmed order places a hold on your card for that sum, it will not be charged until products are ready to ship, a tracking number will be issued to your email at this time - Shipping: FOB destination, freight prepaid.


  2. Custom orders may require additional time, both to source the unique ingredients and in specialized handling processes - all custom order sales are final, at time of order placement.


  3. International/Custom orders may require additional shipping and handling considerations. Please contact us, as well as relevant local jurisdictions, with questions prior to ordering.


  4. Out of stock items cannot be placed in a cart... please use Suppository (Back-Stock) link and we will let you know when item becomes available.


  5. For optimal product quality and longevity Keep Refrigerated.
