Only credentialed healthcare providers. Patients cannot create accounts or self‑order products.
Providers may drop‑ship to patient/client addresses and save those addresses on file.
How do set up an account?

Note: a copy of your current professional license will be required to compleate Acount Registeration.
Verification may take 24–48 hours.
How do I place an order?
Once your account is activated, you can log in and place orders directly through your provider account. All orders must be placed by you or your clinic.
Can I store a credit card on file?
Yes.
You may securely store one card on file for faster checkout.
Do you allow drop‑shipping to patients?
Yes.
Active accounts may drop‑ship to patients and save patient addresses on file. Patients cannot create accounts or self‑order.
How long does shipping take?
To minimize weekend deliveries, standard orders ship Mon–Wed, via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is provided once package ships. * Custom formulations may require 1–2 weeks to prepare.
What if something arrives damaged?
Please send photos of:
- Box (inside & outside)
- Contents
- Packaging
- Affected items
Accepted picture formats: JPG, PNG, TIF, GIF
Do products require refrigeration?
Many products should be treated as a perishable Item. Please refrigerate upon arrival for best quality and shelf life.
Do you handle patient medical questions?
No.
We cannot advise patients on medical concerns. We redirect all patients back to you or your clinic.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes — Providers may schedule some focused time directed to:

- Patient‑specific considerations
